Welcome to the RVM Race Expo and Package Pickup! The Expo is FREE and open to the public! Visit over 40 exhibitors featuring sponsors, souvenirs, merchandise, running apparel and accessories, nutritional and fitness products, samples, interactive displays, and much more while you pick up your race package. We expect more than 13,000 participants in the Marathon, Half Marathon, 8K Road Race, and THRIFTY FOODS Kids Run & Marathon this year and anticipate over 19,000 people will visit the Expo. We are pleased with the continued growth of our event and are excited to help celebrate its 31st Anniversary!

  • Expo Hours of Operation:

    • Friday, October 8, 3:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
    • Saturday, October 9, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Sunday, October 10, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (no day of race registration)
  • Late registration for the Marathon, Half Marathon, 8K Road Race, and THRIFTY FOODS Kids Run & Marathon.
  • Race package pick-up, including timing chips and souvenir race apparel.
  • Race sponsors and exhibitors featuring merchandise, running apparel and accessories, nutritional and fitness products, samples and interactive displays.
  • Pre-race massage on Friday and Saturday. Acupuncture and chiropractic services are also available on Saturday. Check for availability at the Massage Desk when you arrive at the Race Expo.
  • Post-race massage on Sunday. Book when you register or check for availability at the Massage Desk when you arrive at the Race Expo on Friday or Saturday. Space is not guaranteed to participants registering on race weekend.
  • Late registration for the Carbo Gala Dinner - presented by Traumeel and Bus Tours. Book when you register or purchase tickets at the Expo Information Kiosk (limited availability).
  • A Speaker Series for runners.

Pre-order a beautiful bouquet of roses or mixed flowers for pickup at the Finish Line on Race Day!
